- 02/01/2010 The Consumer Product Safety Commission seeks public comments by March 5 on the proposed extension of approval of a collection of information associated with flammability standards for clothing textiles and vinyl plastic film. The Commission’s regulations establish requirements for testing and recordkeeping for manufacturers and importers that furnish guaranties for products subject to these standards. - 12/22/2009 Request for Comments on Information Collection under the Commercial Availability Provision of the U.S.-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA). Comments due by February 22, 2010.
- 12/16/2009 Haiti HOPE value-added quota limit for 2009/2010. For the twelve-month period beginning on December 20, 2009, the quantitative limitation for qualifying apparel imported from Haiti under the value-added program will be 284,904,116 square meters equivalent. Notification of the quota will be published in the Federal Register on December 17, 2009.
